I must say my favourite is a cheese that neither Wallace or Gromit have tasted, it is the Finnish Raejuusto (which translates very roughly to hail cheese or grain cheese). It's quite similar to cottage cheese, but different enough to warrant even it's own page on Wikipedia.

It's a brilliant thing to add to soups, especially to a traditional Finnish sausage soup. Oh, what bliss it is to eat a raejuustoed soup with a hefty glass of Finnish milk and a tough piece of rye bread.

The texture is absolutely perfect and it's subtle taste might even surpass that of the great Wensleydale.

as for wallace and gormmit i can surely tell that they miss their opportunity to taste the splendid cheese of the dark side of the moon , since they only tasted from the light side (they only checked 2 spots in the moon) , as we all know the lighted side of the moon have infected the taste of the cheese duo to cosmic energy from the sun while the dark side has always kept in a cold and dry area just as Wallace's cheese closet.
in conclusion the dark side cheese is the greatest of all chesses!
Don’t forget your creekers!!!
(I'm not an English speaker so if I'm wrong don’t be so shocked…)

for some reason i cant send my commet?

Well I AM Swiss, so of course there's no cheese which is really called "Swiss cheese"! You Americans are all wrong... ;-)
Among the Swiss cheese are Emmentaler, Greyezer, Tilsiter, Sbrinz, Vacherin, Tilsiter and maybe others!

What you guys call Swiss cheese (with the holes) is really Emmentaler (from a region of the canton Bern) and is also my favorite! :-)

Venezuelan beaver cheese?
Actually, I've always been partial to both provolone and feta, and camembert is always a good bet. A really sharp cheddar is a good "comfort cheese."

At the moment i love a cheese with garlick in it. OK, eating this cheese makes very lonely, but i'm addicted to it. A few cracker and the garlick cheese - heaven!

My favorite would have to be Dubliner Irish Cheese. It has a flavor reminiscent of sharp provolone, but it's so creamy.

It's really good on a Ritz cracker. I like to melt it a little in the microwave so that it's nice and warm, and just a tad soft, then put it on the cracker. Then I press a slice of pepperoni on top of it. Mmm.

Putting another slice of melted Dubliner on top of this and making a sandwich is also delicious. I've made as much as a 6 cracker stacker. It's so good.

How can it not be cheddar? A simple, but amazing yellow cheese that works in whatever form you have it - pizza, sandwiches or just on crackers!

I love The Wrong Trousers. It was the first W&G episode that I had seen. The penguin’s “expressions” captured my attention immediately due to the fact that they somehow don’t exist on his face, yet they ARE definitely conveyed. When the penguin looks at Gromit his face is a seething mask of malice which can only be perceived rather than truly seen with the eyes. Amazing!
