Hunted down your guild after hearing about it on your podcast. I rolled up the following toon:

Kezzek – Tauren Warrior {skinning/mining}

I took skinning and mining so I can make tons of cash at the start. Later on I would probably switch one of those to a more guild-useful crafting profession.

Well, I'm not entirely sure I am digging playing a Warrior… I'm considering rolling up a different class, like maybe a Hunter or a Druid.

I may just retask my Warrior into a Copper miner for monies if I do that.

Okay, I went ahead and rolled up a Druid. I don't think the Warrior is quite my style… but I may still roll with him from time to time. I know I am okay playing a druid, as I've taken one to around lvl 40 (my first toon ever). My characters now are:

Kezz – Tauren Druid {skinning/leatherworking}
Kezzek – Tauren Warrior {skinning/mining}

Yeah I know… original names…

Baldur, thank you kindly for the Netherweave Bags, I'm not using them yet, I'm going to make sure Kezz gets into the guild before I soulbind them to him.

I rolled a Troll Hunter named JoeTheTroll (I get so tired of trying to come up with cool names, I took a night off ).  I'm gonna start out with skinning/mining to get some $$, but can then switch to whatever the guild needs.

JoeTheTroll eh? Not sure if you are going to be able to keep that… from what I understand, RP servers (Role-Playing servers) are more strict on toon names. They want people to use 'serious' names. That name might only last as long as it takes a mod to notice it.

Thanks for the heads up — I didn't even think about being on an RP server.  I'll roll another since I don't want to risk having to get rid of this one later down the line (you know, when I've got more than 1 hour invested in him).

I'll post the new name back here once I've created it.  What time zone are you guys in / what times are you usually on?  (west coast, here)

Well, with this being an RP Server, I think “being thrown under a stampeding Kodo” would be a more appropriate analogy

I think even Blizzard themselves knows that the whole “RP” thing is iffy.  I've been playing on this realm for a couple years now and I've never ever seen/heard/whispered anybody actually role playing.  To be honest, we chose this realm ages ago because we thought it would keep the realm from getting overpacked as the RP would scare people away.  We didn't want to have to deal with wait time to login.
