Ok, I missed the point on last week's question, but I still stand by the answer of no.
I can't think if any board games that I once enjoyed that aren't alreay converted in some form, but more importantly the whole aspect of a board game is to bring people together.
I did use to enjoy Monopoly as a kid, and have even played a couple of the themed versions (since they have different random draw cards), but I had the pc version of Star Wars Monopoly. The animations of the characters moving about was cool… for about 1 trip round the board. Then you found the AI opponents started offering each property trades straight away to screw you over. Having to sit back while they proposed deals, and counter-proposed, it just got annoying.
For some reason it didn't flow either. When you have people sat next to you playing, you get absorbed into watching them squirm if they land on another player's property. The pc doesn't. It just dumps the money into your account and moves on.
Maybe if you are playing online, maybe with cameras like MSN games, it might change the perception, but it just ens up feeling like money wasted for me.
